These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Auto Service Valet ("we," "us," or "our"), including vehicle pickup, drop-off, return, and Drive Home Valet services within the Greater Houston area. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Auto Service Valet coordinates vehicle pickup, transportation, and return for routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, detailing, and similar services. We also offer Drive Home Valet, where a driver operates your vehicle to transport you and your car to your destination.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to enter into agreements, and the legal owner or authorized user of the vehicle being serviced. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Services are booked online through our scheduling system. A valet fee may be required at the time of booking. Charges from third-party service providers (such as dealerships, repair shops, or car washes) are billed at cost and are your responsibility. You authorize us to facilitate payment or reimbursement for those charges as described during booking or at the time of service.
You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in safe operating condition and properly insured. You agree not to leave valuables or prohibited items in the vehicle. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle before, during, or after service, except as required by law.
Our drivers are insured while operating your vehicle as part of our service. You remain responsible for maintaining your own auto insurance as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Service Valet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or time, arising out of or related to our services.
We do not control the quality, pricing, or timing of work performed by third-party service providers (such as dealerships, repair shops, or detailers). We are not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or damages arising from work performed by those providers. Any disputes regarding service work should be directed to the provider.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies may apply as described during booking. In some cases, valet fees may be non-refundable once a driver has been dispatched or arrives at the pickup location.
Drive Home Valet is intended to provide a safe alternative when you prefer not to drive your own vehicle. You acknowledge that a driver will operate your vehicle on public roads and agree that your existing insurance remains primary unless otherwise required by law. You must be able to safely ride as a passenger and provide a safe destination location.
For safety and accountability, temporary dash cameras may be used while your vehicle is in our possession. Footage, if collected, may be used for incident review, training, or verification purposes and is not shared except as needed to address a claim or as required by law.
You agree not to misuse our services, provide false information, or engage in any behavior that endangers our drivers, your vehicle, or the public. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion if we determine a situation is unsafe or inappropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Service Valet's total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
